Recent new rules require private UK limited companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) to create and maintain a new public register.

This register will make public information on all ‘people with significant control’ (PSCs) over a company or partnership.

The main aim is to create a greater degree of transparency over who owns or controls UK companies.

This will of course involve some head scratching and form filling, full guidelines and requirements can be found on the gov.uk website here.

Fortunately for our clients, we’ll be taking care of all the hassle and filing their new PSC registers with Companies house as part of their existing accountancy subscription.

So if the Register of PSC is something which you might need help with or you’d like to be with the sort of accountants who cover all these new updates for you, then why not get in touch?

As the Register of PSC is tough to capture with a good image, we opted for one of the South West Coast Path, which some of the team recently ran along as part of the 2016 Classic Quarter.
