In true Peloton style we are always looking for ways to innovate and deliver the highest levels of customer service. We have therefore launched a new cloud-based service, the ‘Digital Vault’, which is now available for all Peloton customers.

The Digital Vault will do 3 things:

1. Allow you to receive and digitally ‘sign’ documents from within your own individual secure portal. The digital signature legally replaces a physical signature on a piece of paper.
2. Access copies of all signed documents which will be held within the digital vault for up to 3 years. This includes your SA 302!
3. Send documents securely to your account manager.

How to get into it

You will not be able to access the digital vault until we have sent you something to sign via email. In the first email that you receive, you will simply click a link and create your account.

Once you have created your account, you can access the vault at any time, either from our website (link in the top right hand corner) or by clicking the link in an email whenever there is something to sign.

– You can use it on your smart phone, tablet, desktop – so signing your tax return and accessing your documents couldn’t be simpler.

We care about your data!

All data transmitted via the vault is highly encrypted and complies with the new data protection laws (General Data Protection Regulation) that are coming into effect in 2018. For those more tech savvy amongst you, the data, documents and files (where applicable) stored in the portal are hashed or encrypted using AES-256
