I celebrated my 42nd birthday today in true Peloton style – with a backdrop of food and drink.
Today’s lunch was a hearty helping of individual Toad-in-the-Hole with mash, peas and onion gravy – created, cooked and served by the United Kingdom’s most Southerly Northerners (Ian and his son, Ben). I enjoyed a cheeky little bottle of beer to wash it all down, too.
