We are the Peloton. A firm of Chartered Accountants doing most things that Accountants do (although we would like to think we do it slightly better). We not only try to go the extra mile for our clients, we really work at going the extra mile for our team. So not only is the office a great place to be, with a fresh lunch cooked every day (yeah, I know we can’t do that just now, but we have done it every single day since we started) – and we know it makes a difference. Chat to your colleagues, enjoy good food, and don’t get crumbs in your keyboard, then bounce back to work with a clear head, refreshed for the afternoon.

We also know that nobody has enough time to do all they need to do, and that’s not just at work but at home too. Whether it’s finding time to exercise, study or just do the admin we are all short of time. We offer generous holiday and also look at condensing the hours you would normally do in 5 days, into 4 days. That could mean an early start or a late finish, or both, but if it gets you one more day to do ‘stuff’ then you’ll really appreciate the balance.

We are constantly recruiting, and when we are not recruiting we are building a waiting list of great team players looking to join. For, sure as eggs are eggs, if you are good, we will find a ‘you’ shaped hole for you to fit in. Maybe now, maybe in a couple of months, but opportunities constantly come about through dynamic growth and when some of the team head on to new challenges (like space travel or similar).

> Junior Accountant (some experience working in accounts/ at an accountancy firm and considering training for AAT)

> Trainee Accountant (AAT under the belt and considering ACA/ACCA)

> Senior Accountant (got the certificates, looking to build/manage a portfolio of clients/team)

> Payroll (can run a portfolio of c.150 client’s payrolls of various sizes from Director only to 40+ employees)

> Big Gun – (been there, done that, understands about GSD. Leader. Coach. Mentor.)
